William Holly is the President of Patton Real Estate, a Miami based, full service commercial real estate firm. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in Florida, Mr. Holly was recognized in 2013 as the Leasing Agent of the Year in Miami by the Building Owners and Management Association.
He also was awarded the Office Building Sale of the Year in 2014 by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Holly plays an active role in the South Florida Community. He is a founding shareholder of Florida Gulf Bank and Coral Gables Trust. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Gateway Chapter. He is also the current Chairman of the Board for the Patton Real Estate Foundation. Mr. Holly is the past Chairman of the Ransom Everglades Board of Trustees, the past President of the Brickell Area Association and the past Chairman of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida (History Miami). Mr. Holly has served as a councilman on the Coconut Grove Village Council (1999, 2000) and is the past Senior Warden at St. Phillips Church in Coral Gables.
Mr. Christidis serves as the Chief Financial Officer and brings many years of experience a wealth of knowledge from many industries.
Mr. Christidis was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA (The City of Brotherly Love). Being raised in a Greek & Italian family it was only natural to grow up in the restaurant business. After high School my father gave me a Pizzeria to own & operate. After running a successful business for several years Mr. Christidis decided to get a corporate job (9 – 5) because restaurant hours are long and unforgiving.
Mr. Christidis accepted a job as an accounting clerk for Day Zimmermann Inc. in Philadelphia. Worked for D & Z for 12 years, relocated to Florida and became Chief Financial Officer. Was one of the youngest executives in company history. While working full time. Mr. Christidis also attended Drexel University. After Drexel, Mr. Christidis attended the Prestigious Wharton School of Business Executive MBA program. Mr. Christidis resigned from D & Z (result of the September 11 aftermath) and started his own investment company, Christidis Investments headquartered in Key Largo, FL. Mr. Christidis has extensive knowledge in corporate accounting, banking and insurance. Mr. Christidis owns & operates several successful companies throughout Florida. BioBlasting – Nontoxic water based sanitizer/cleaning product. Coastal insurance Partners – An independent full service insurance agency. Currently Mr. Christidis is serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Patton Real Estate. Christidis joined the Patton team in 2016 because he believes in the philosophy and vision of the company. To be the best independent commercial real estate company in Florida.
Hobbies: Skiing, boating, fishing and working out.
Mr. Christidis is actively involved in the Autism community. Is a Notary Public and maintains active 2-20 insurance agent license and 2-14 – Life and Variable Annuity
