Kendall is one of the largest submarkets in Miami Dade County. Ranging from US1 east to the Everglades west. It is comprised of many small communities including many residential areas such as Dadeland North, Dadeland South, West Kendall, Glenvar Heights, and Westwood Lakes.

The boundaries of Kendall are located between US1 and the Ronald Reagan turnpike, which runs east to west. From North Kendall drive to SW 136th street, which run north to south. Perspective buyers mostly look to the fact that their office or retail space can be close to their homes. Because of the dense population of these residential areas and the new construction of Downtown Dadeland, many new retail and office condos have been developed.
