    William H. Holly, President of Patton Real Estate, boasts over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in Florida. Recognized with the 2014 Office Building Sale of the Year by NAIOP, Mr. Holly's expertise spans office buildings, mixed-use structures, residential condominiums, and multi-family projects. Prior to founding Patton Real Estate, he served as President of Pointe Group, propelling the firm into South Florida's top 20 by volume in Brokerage and Property Management. With a successful track record founding Holly Real Estate and the Insignia Richard Ellis Miami office, Mr. Holly started his career at the Codina Bush Group.

    Julian Godoy was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida, giving him a deep connection to the Miami market and a nuanced understanding of its distinct neighborhoods, evolving trends, and investment opportunities.

    He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Florida in 2025 while also completing coursework in real estate. This combination of marketing expertise and real estate knowledge allows Julian to approach each opportunity with both strategic insight and a strong understanding of the market.

    Marilucy Fernandez supports the team’s day-to-day operations, helping keep everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing schedules to coordinating communication, she plays an important role in keeping the team on track.

    Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Marilucy brings a calm, steady approach to her work and is always ready to step in wherever needed. Her positive attitude and strong sense of organization help create an efficient and supportive environment for both the team and clients.

Executive Assistant

    Cristina Ordoñez earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fordham University in New York and began her career in New York City as an Operations Manager at Bloomingdale’s, where she built a strong foundation in business operations, leadership, and client service.

    She later relocated to Miami to pursue opportunities in the entertainment industry, where she spent 15 years developing and managing successful creative ventures. Alongside her brother, she co-founded Union Music Group LLC, a record label and artist management company. During this time, she worked closely with internationally acclaimed Latin artist Ricardo Arjona and was involved in his highly successful Metamorfosis tour.

    Cristina later transitioned into the human resources sector, serving for 10 years as Administrative Director at ARCH Staffing and Consulting. With its parent company recognized as one of the largest human resources firms in Mexico, the role provided her with extensive experience in corporate administration, operations, and cross-border business environments.

    Cristina recently joined Patton Real Estate LLC, where she brings a dynamic background spanning business management, operations, and strategic growth.

    Minoo Mobin-Ventura is a marketing and communications professional with a background spanning branding, design, media, radio, and operations. She brings a thoughtful blend of creativity, organization, and strategic insight to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets.

    Known for her attention to detail and hands-on approach, Minoo is focused on creating polished, effective materials that are both visually compelling and aligned with the goals of each project. Her multidisciplinary experience allows her to support brand presentation and communication initiatives with both creativity and precision.

    Minoo recently joined Patton Real Estate LLC, where she applies her background in marketing, branding, and visual communications to support the firm’s growth and presentation across its portfolio.
