William Holly is the Founder and President of Patton Real Estate, a Miami-based commercial real estate firm specializing in Brokerage, Investment, Property Management, Development, and Asset Management.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Holly has represented many of South Florida's most notable office, mixed-use, and investment properties. His career spans the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and management of millions of square feet of commercial real estate throughout Miami-Dade County and the surrounding region.

Before founding Patton Real Estate, Mr. Holly held senior leadership positions with nationally recognized real estate organizations, including Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE. He is also the developer of Miami Green, Miami's first LEED-certified Class A office building, reflecting his commitment to innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

Mr. Holly has earned numerous industry honors, including BOMA's Leasing Agent of the Year, NAIOP South Florida's Office Building Sale of the Year, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's Entrepreneur of the Year.

Beyond real estate, Mr. Holly is actively involved in civic, educational, and philanthropic organizations throughout South Florida.

Today, he leads Patton Real Estate with a focus on strategic partnerships, disciplined execution, and delivering value and exceptional results for tenants, owners, investors, and communities.
